Repeat Infringers

WAANI reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Removal of Infringing Content

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice or counter-notification, we will take appropriate actions under the DMCA, including removing or disabling the infringing content and/or restoring the removed content if a valid counter-notification is received.
